This dynamic, hands-on sales role, requires exceptional communication
and organisational skills, strong commercial acumen and demonstrable experience

This is a hybrid position and is most appropriately suited
to candidates residing within Central Scotland.
Job Purpose
With set monthly targets, the post-holder will take the lead
on maximising tour operator revenue performances within new and emerging
markets, as well as driving golf sales across all channels of the business.

Reports to: Head
of Resort Sales
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Drive
and expand national and international tour operator sales.
- Work with the senior
management team to ensure resources are used effectively to maximise
pay-and-play, packages, membership, events, group, and corporate golf sales
across new and existing markets.
- Support the growth of
corporate sales opportunities for the business.
- Research and develop
new partnerships and commercial opportunities to drive sales.
- Develop new and
existing partnerships to grow new sales opportunities.
- Maintain detailed
sales trackers and produce monthly sales reports and forecasts.
- Host client events,
attend trade shows and site meetings asrequired.
- Any other related
duties necessary to support the commercial success of the business.
Qualifying Criteria:
- Highly experienced
golf industry professional with proven track record
- Demonstrable sales
experience and strong commercial acumen
- Excellent networking
abilities
- Exceptional
influencing and negotiation skills
- First-class oral and
written communication skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Exceptional record
keeping and financial management skills
- Highly professional
and discrete manner
- High standard of
personal presentation
- Full clean driving
licence
