National Account Manager
Home-based – UK-wide

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to move into a more strategic, high-impact role, leading a key market sector and shaping how we win, grow, and retain our most important customers.
As a National Account Manager, you’ll take ownership of a portfolio of high-value accounts (up to 15), while also stepping into a broader leadership role—supporting and coaching our field sales teams to succeed within your sector.
What you’ll be doing
- Leading a defined sector to deliver customer growth, retention, and margin performance
- Owning relationships with key national customers and influencing long-term strategy
- Coaching and supporting field sales teams to win and retain business
- Using CRM and data insights to drive performance and continuous improvement
- Working cross-functionally with teams like Finance, Legal, Engineering, and Commercial Effectiveness
- Acting as the sector expert, identifying market trends and shaping future strategy
- Supporting pricing, forecasting, and commercial planning activities
- Championing safety and customer focus in everything you do
What we’re looking for
We recognise that internal candidates may bring a variety of experiences—if you meet most of the below, we’d love to hear from you:
- Experience in account management, sales, or managing customer relationships
- Ability to influence, coach, or support others (formal or informal leadership)
- A track record of delivering results or contributing to team performance
- Commercial awareness and confidence working with data, pricing, or financials
- Strong stakeholder management skills across different teams
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce) is helpful but not essential
- Knowledge of our business or the LPG market is an advantage—but can be developed
