As our next Strategic Account Manager, you’ll play a key role in helping us build the UK’s go-to home improvement marketplace. From driving revenue through smarter product adoption to helping tradespeople grow on the platform, your work will help millions of homeowners find the right tradesperson for the job, fast, fair, and without the faff.
Forget long lists, here’s what you’ll actually spend your time on:
Delivering proactive sales activity that drives revenue growth through the adoption and optimisation of Checkatrade’s products
Planning ahead with clear, monthly action plans based on your accounts’ goals, performance, and challenges
Getting stuck into issues, running investigations, and removing blockers so trades can win more work
Building strong, credible relationships through regular check-ins and practical, strategic support
Working closely with internal teams to get things moving and keep accounts on track
Making sure every interaction builds confidence in Checkatrade and the value we bring

Commercial experience managing a book of revenue, with a track record of driving results
