💡 What You'll Do

You'll manage a portfolio of brand accounts across enterprise fashion and consumer goods clients. This is a 6-month fixed-term contract providing delivery cover during a period of rapid growth.

What you'll own:

  • Keep clients, grow them, and run delivery cleanly.

  • Keep the team aligned, operating efficiently through better systems and technology.

  • You are the connective tissue between Sales, Strategy, Campaigns, Paid, and Product.

  • If something drifts (performance, scope, relationship, or margin) you see it early and fix it. No surprises. Steady, commercial ownership.


🎯 Lead the Relationship Own client relationships across launches, seasonal campaigns, and always-on programmes. Multi-thread across teams. Build trust. Have direct conversations when performance needs to improve.

📈 Turn Insight into Strategy Translate data into clear, actionable plans using AI to move from raw numbers to narrative faster. Present performance against KPIs (engagement, EMV, sales lift, affiliate impact) and explain what it means.

🔍 Own Delivery End-to-End Manage timelines, scopes, budgets, and execution across our full product suite, including Always-On creator partnerships, Pulse campaigns, Makers (CGC), Amplify+ (paid boosting), Seeding+, and License+. Keep work on-brand, on-time, and within margin.

📊 Protect & Grow Revenue Manage renewal timelines and model scenarios with AI to pressure-test the numbers. Identify upsell opportunities. Speak confidently about account growth with real numbers.

💾 Use Data to Improve What's Next Forecast performance. Optimise mid-campaign. Apply learnings to the next programme. Reporting should inform decisions, not just recap them.

🛡️ Keep the System Tight Keep tracking clean. Watch capacity. Fix what's inefficient. Make sure client feedback doesn't get lost.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who has:

  • 4–6+ years in influencer or creator marketing

  • Strong hands-on campaign experience, with real fluency in TikTok

  • Clear track record of account growth and retention. Bring numbers.

  • Experience measured against revenue, retention, or quarterly NRR KPIs

  • AI fluency, applied. Our platform is AI-powered and you'll be expected to get up to speed fast and use it daily for client summaries, performance narratives, renewal modelling, and upsell prep. We're looking for people already comfortable using AI tools in their workflow, so the learning curve is the platform, not the concept.

  • Comfortable working across project management tools (Asana, Airtable, Slack) and reporting dashboards

  • Enterprise fashion or consumer goods experience is a plus

  • You should be commercially sharp, operationally reliable, and able to speak confidently about the revenue impact of the accounts you've managed

What Success Looks Like 6 months in (across two NRR quarters): renewal pipeline is fully mapped and on track, expansion opportunities are documented and qualified for the returning lead, client health is steady or improved across the portfolio, and the handover is seamless. The strongest candidates will leave the book in better shape than they found it.
