Your new role:

 

This role is responsible for leading the implementation and delivery of complex podcast campaigns across Global Studio’s portfolio. As a senior member of the team, you will take ownership of high-value and multi-format campaigns, ensuring they are delivered with excellence. You will play an important role in helping shape how these opportunities are brought to market and delivered operationally across the team. 

Alongside campaign delivery, this role will provide day-to-day support, guidance and mentoring to the Account Managers, helping to refine skills, embed best practice and drive consistency in campaign execution. You will also play a key role in shaping clear and efficient workflows that support the joined-up delivery of audio and video podcast opportunities.  

This role requires: excellent campaign management skills, strong stakeholder communication, confident problem solving, commercial awareness and the ability to bring clarity and structure to complex, cross-functional projects. 

As a Senior Campaign Account Manager – you will:

Project Delivery & Campaign Leadership (40%): Lead the delivery of multi-platform podcast campaigns, ensuring they are set up accurately, delivered smoothly and executed to the highest standard. This involves managing complex timelines, proactively identifying and resolving delivery challenges and maintaining client confidence.

Stakeholder Management & Client Service (30%): Build strong, trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders, providing senior-level account management and excellent communication. This involves strong presentation skills, with the ability to confidently lead campaign kick-off and post-campaign analysis meetings.

Mentoring & Best Practice (20%): Mentor and coach the Account Managers, making a direct impact through hands-on support whilst also sharing knowledge and practical guidance to help embed best practice. Play a key role in onboarding new starters, with team members shadowing you to accelerate their own development.

Workflow Development & Operational Improvement (10%): Collaborate with internal teams to identify improvements in process, systems and workflows, with a particular focus on a more cohesive delivery approach to multi-platform and integrated campaigns Support the testing and implementation of new ways of working, ensuring smooth rollout and adoption across the whole team.

What success looks like:


In your first few months, you’ll have: 

  • Built strong relationships with key internal stakeholders and become a trusted senior contact across Global Studio’s campaign delivery team. 

  • Successfully delivered podcast campaigns across audio, video and social platforms. 

  • Supported Account Managers with guidance and practical mentoring, helping to refine skills, raise confidence and embed consistency. 

  • Identified opportunities to improve workflows and processes and contributed to more efficient, joined-up ways of working. 

  • Made a positive contribution to client satisfaction, campaign quality and revenue retention. 

What you will need: 

  • Minimum 3 years working experience in a media environment; ideally within an account management capacity with a proven track record of delivering complex, multi-stakeholder campaigns for agencies or clients. 

  • Good knowledge of the podcast landscape, with a broader interest in cross-platform activity and how that plays a part within the wider marketing mix 

  • Experience supporting, mentoring or informally leading others would be highly desirable. Must be passionate about developing talent and sharing your knowledge and experience  

  • Strong presentation and client management skills, with the ability to confidently lead meetings with senior stakeholders and manage client questions and expectations. 

  • Adept at identifying challenges and delivering innovative, mutually beneficial solutions    

  • Exceptionally strong organisational and planning skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
