About the Team

Responsibilities

  • Building and nurturing strategic relationships with Managed Service Provider partners to drive mutual growth.

  • Managing partner pipelines and forecasting opportunities to achieve revenue goals.

  • Conducting regular business reviews to identify performance trends and growth opportunities.

  • Collaborating with internal teams to align partner strategies and ensure satisfaction.

  • Facilitating executive engagement to strengthen long-term partnerships and business outcomes.

What We’re Looking For

  • Demonstrate experience managing channel sales with Managed Service Provider partners.

  • Apply knowledge of UCaaS, CCaaS, and partner business models to drive success.

  • Manage complex, strategic partnerships and multi-stakeholder relationships effectively.

  • Use consultative and solution-based selling approaches to achieve results.

  • Build and maintain senior-level relationships across diverse functions and territories.

  • Bring a proactive, adaptable mindset and openness to continuous learning.

  • Leverage equivalent practical experience in place of formal degree qualifications.
